Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. To return your order within this time frame you must notify us  by email on We will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty-Damaged product

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product you should notify us in writing on,within 7 days of delivery and provide us with the following information.

  • Photographic evidence of the broken products
  • Your order number
  • Details of the product names, and quantities broken

The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions. Once we have received the goods back we will verify the fault and provide refund.

Wrong item(s) delivered

If, by mistake we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us in writing to within 7 days. The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions. Once we have received the goods back we will verify the fault and provide a refund.

Refund policy

If you are eligible for a refund, for credit card payment we will refund (excluding any shipping and handling charges) to your credit card used to pay for the original order. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. For Cash On Delivery payments we'll issue you an Online Shop credit for the purchase price of the items returned (excluding any shipping and handling charges) to your account within 10 days of Bits&Pieces receiving your item. We aim to action all eligible refunds within 10 working days from receipt of the returned goods, although the refund may take up to 30 days at the busiest times.


Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the receipt when a faulty item is returned and for items which is in good condition upon delivery.

Returns procedure

If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchases, you can send the items back to our store using any shipping company of your choice, at your expense Or you can drop off your returns to our store in Abu Dhabi.  

Fill in the purchase return form by selecting one of the reason against your return that came along with your order and package the items you wish to return in their original box with the filled up returns form and original receipt of purchase.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or we have delivered the wrong item, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us. For all others we will provide you with detailed returned procedures. When returning items we recommend that you obtain an Airway bill number for your records. We do not accept responsibility for pacels lost in transit.
